BoA: Let This Key Open My Heart

Most of you may know BoA as a K-pop singer, but I first discovered her as a J-pop singer.  The first ever song that I heard of hers is Key of Heart when she performed it live at Music Station.  I remember thinking that it was very catchy, and of course, I like that she can both sing and dance equally well.

If you haven’t heard of this song yet, I highly recommend that you do.  My favourite part is the dancing in the music video.  The choreography is really good, and the dancers including BoA are damn great.  I also love her outfit and hair in this mv.  The lyrics are also good,  but I like the melody better.  It’s very catchy.

There’s a Korean and English version of this song.  You can forget about the English version, but it’s also good to check out the Korean version of Key of Heart.  If you ask me, though, which I like better, I would say that I prefer the Japanese over the Korean version.

  1. I heard of her japanese stuff before I knew she was a kpop star. I think the first song I heard was the one that was for Inuyasha. Don’t remember the name of it though.
