Hello, folks!  This is Arria and I have an exciting news today.  Please help me welcome Becky a.k.a. pastelshion who will join me as a new blogger here at Fujinsei.  We met through Twitter and bonded over our mutual passion for the Japanese radio show Dear Girl ~Stories~ and our admiration for seiyuu Kamiya Hiroshi (神谷浩史).   Check her out on Twitter @AnimeBecky.

Be nice to her, okay?  And don’t forget to say hello.  Show her how warm and welcoming our blogging community here.  I’m going to shut up now and let her introduce herself to all of you.  Cheers!

Hiya! I’m Becky, a Brit too obsessed with Kamiya Hiroshi for my own good. I’m new to writing a blog, but I hope you all enjoy my ramblings about various things, most likely all related to Kamiya Hiroshi, Ono Daisuke or DGS in some way. As for random facts about myself, I fell into this endless spiral of getting a little bit too emotional over seiyuu a few months back, when for some unknown reason I latched onto Kamiya Hiroshi and have been addicted ever since. . .Not that I’m complaining and besides, who can blame me? Who could resist this face?

I suppose I should mention some dislikes too. . .one recently covered on this blog! When people stick a character to a seiyuu and forget that the seiyuu is a real person with a personality and their own likes and dislikes. The seiyuu themselves work hard and whilst I love their roles. I also love them for the people they are when they’re away from the microphone. I wish to share my experiences discovering the beautiful world of seiyuu and hopefully drag a few more people into seiyuu (hell) too!

This is my first time writing for a blog, but I’m really looking forward to it! Who knew my ramblings could amount to something productive? Whilst I imagine I’ll be focusing on seiyuu. My other hobbies include rhythm games (specifically Love Live), various video games and learning Japanese. I hope you enjoy my posts and hearing about the things I think you’ll find interesting!よろしくお願いします!

    1. だよねー That’s where I first started to get into him, but then I found out how awesome and cute a person he was and fell from there (〃´▽`〃)

    2. For some reason there’s no reply option on your other comment.. hm. As for other seiyuu faves, Daisuke Ono! He’s always goofy in a cute way and his friendship with Kamiya is so cute (*≧▽≦)
I also like Nobunaga Shimazaki, Tatsuhisa Suzuki, Toyonaga Toshiyuki and Mamoru Miyano! Whilst I am fans of the latter four though, I’m not quite as up to date on them as I am to the extent of HiroC and OnoD.
I also like a few female seiyuu too!

    3. There’s no reply button again gah– Kana Hanazawa is one! Hayami Saori too! If you haven’t seen Hayami Saori as Hatoko in Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de you’re missing out! The anime itself is a harem, but her performance in one part of a certain episode was just amazing to me (You can watch it here even without context to the show! https://vid.me/8yY5/hatoko-s-rant-from-inou-battle). As well as these two, all the female seiyuu in love live! ((o(´∀`)o))
