Hello folks! I hereby declare the 2nd Fujinsei Blog Carnival officially CLOSED! I want to give my heartfelt thanks to all those who participated—the ones who submitted links and the ones who didn’t but still connected with other bloggers during the carnival.
There were a total of 35 entries this time. I’m quite surprised, to be honest. The 1st Fujinsei Blog Carnival had 45 entries and it ran for 2 weeks. I was expecting significantly less entries this time because I only hosted it for 1 week instead of 2. So thank you very much for helping exceed another expectation of mine.
Thankfully, I didn’t need to delete any entries at this carnival unlike the first one. I came close to deleting one particular blogger, though, since that blogger became a little testy. . .but still within the borders of blogging etiquette, so I decided to let it go.
I’m also delighted to observe that this carnival ran smoothly, even when I didn’t actively promote it while it was running. Unfortunately, I’m currently having a health problem since the carnival began—more like an injury (sigh)—so I had to take a break from blogging against my wishes. This year is proving to be not good for my health and safety. But fret not, my dear friends, it’s nothing serious. I expect to recover nicely and torture you again with my outrageous posts soon. In the meantime, please excuse my irregular replies to your comments/tweets/e-mails. But thank you very much to those of you wonderful and thoughtful people who sent me concerned messages asking if I’m still alive. Yes, I’m still alive, I’m very happy to say. 😉
Now let’s get to the most important part of this post. I’ve chosen 10 of my favourite posts among the carnival submissions. Here they are:

I’m so impressed with the quality of this carnival’s submissions, even moreso than the first one. Once again, thank you very much to all the participants. I also want to say well done to the 10 bloggers who wrote the incredible posts I listed above. I enjoyed your posts very much, not to mention inspired me to be a better blogger.
If you missed this carnival, I’ll be holding the third one next month. Please stay tuned. I’m looking forward to reading more amazing posts from you, folks. Please participate, alright? Thank you very much. I’ll see you again at the 3rd Fujinsei Blog Carnival next month. Cheers!
