It’s Fujinsei’s 2nd blog anniversary!  Yay yay!  Wohoo!!  I can’t believe that it has only been 2 years.  It feels like I’ve been doing this for a looooong time.  Ehehehehe~

Fujinsei looks and feels so different now compared to when I created it 2 years ago.  Two years ago, I was more focused on throwing my opinions out into the open and searching my own blogging style.  Fast forward to this day and I’m amazed how Fujinsei evolved from a mere personal blog into a community-oriented one that supports a small but close-knit circle of anibloggers.  Of course given the variety of topics here, I attract different kinds of readers to whom I’ll always be grateful.  However, I’m most thankful to my awesome blogging buddies—Friends of Fujinsei & fellow members of the cuckoo Lyndere Club—and also other anibloggers who regularly connect with me.  And of course special thanks to my Fujinsei Team for contributing your enthusiasm and thoughts to my humble blog.  A huge ARIGATOU from the bottom of my heart.

I’m also delighted that I finally found my own blogging style.  My posts have become more and more outrageous and opinionated, and I’m damn proud of them.  My blogging style is still imperfect, but with every post I publish and with every subscriber I interact with, I polish it more and more (hopefully).  Fujinsei is still evolving, whether it’s for better or worse remains to be seen.  In the meantime, I’m focusing on enjoying myself.

On a different note, there have been increasingly insistent suggestions these past few months for me to move to a self-hosted site for more control and profit, but at the moment I’m not sorry to say that I’m not interested.  I may change my mind in the future—who knows?—but I’m currently happy and satisfied with WordPress.com as my blog’s home.  “Such a shame.  You’re wasting your blog’s full potential.”  ← Perhaps I’m still too inexperienced to really understand what these words mean, but what I do understand is how I’m having tons of fun blogging here at the moment.

I still have a long way to go, but I’m constantly learning with my fellow bloggers providing inspiration.  I pray that I’ll be able to blog here for more years to come.  This is just the beginning, and I invite you all to continue with me on this wonderful blogging journey.  Thank you very much for your support and friendship.  Happy Anniversary to Fujinsei!  Cheers!

    1. Maraming salamat po. Masaya po ako sa pagboblog dito sa blog na ito. 3 years na po ito next month, sa June. Last year pa po itong post na ito, pero maraming salamat po sa pag-comment. 🙂

    1. Yay! Thank you very much, Crim. Indeed, 2 years of blogging for the same blog seem like little time bit you’re right. It’s a big milestone considering many new bloggers quit their blogs just months after creating them. Here’s to more years of happy blogging to us!

  15. May gumagamit ng Filipino kaya makikigaya na rin ako. ehem Maligayang pangalawang anibersaryo sa iyong blog site. Ngaway magkaroon ka pa ng maraming masasayang taon sa paggawa ng nakakaaliw at magandang mga blog.

    …Medyo hindi ko pa nakukuha yung sarili kong istilo sa paggawa ng blog. Medyo nahihirapan ako kapag gumagawa ng review kasi napansin ko wala sa direksyon at di malaman. Ginagamit ko na gabay yung mga sinusulat mo para mapagaralan ko mga kahinaan at kapalpakan ko.

    2. Wow. Maraming salamat sa pagbati! Ang lalim ah. Mag-Tagalog nalang tayo ‘pag mag-uusap. Sabik akong mag-Tagalog dahil puro English nalang ang ginagamit ko lalong-lalo na dito sa blog na ito at pati na rin dito sa bahay. Iilan lang ang alam kung Pinoy dito sa WordPress anime community. Sa ilang araw, mag-popost ako sa Tagalog.

      ‘Wag mo nalang siguro isipin na review ang isinusulat mo. Basta isulat mo kung ano ang nasa isipan mo. Palayain mo ang gusto mong sabihin. Ganoon ang ginagawa ko. Good luck!

      1. Hindi ko alam. Medyo gusto ko kasi kapag maganda ang ginagawa ko. Ayos lang palayain ang isipan ko, pero kahit gaano kalaya ito, pag binabasa ko ang article ko, o holey kamote! parang gusto ko na lang magpasagasa sa lrt dahil sa sobrang pangit. hay, kamote…

        kailangan kong mapaganda istilo ko. pagod na ako sa parati na lang pangit. ganun din sa pagguhit, di ko man magawa ng tana.

    Self hosted sites is great and all, especially for the owner/blogger, but I usually prefer it when the blogs I follow aren’t self hosted because when they’re self hosted, commenting is such a pain! I still comment on ones I really like, but it will reduce my chances of commenting because it won’t just be a quick comment and enter. =P
    But don’t let me put you off if you ever decide to do it.
